Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a safe, effective and relatively painless solution for removing unwanted hair almost anywhere on the face or body. Treatments for Laser Hair Removal cater to both male and female patients who want to remove hair from almost any area of their bodies. The most popular areas for men and women to treat are the face, back, shoulders, chest, abs, arms, underarms, bikini area and legs. Any areas of the face or body where waxing and shaving have become a challenge are great areas to have treated with this revolutionary procedure.
How Laser Hair Removal work?
By selecting the appropriate wavelength for hair reduction tailor the treatment to your skin type in order to achieve optimal results. Hair grows in three stages, and when hair is in the anagen stage (growth) it is most vulnerable, thus disabling its growth. Because all hair is not always in the anagen stage at one time, multiple treatments must be given over time to treat it while it is in the anagen stage.
Benefits of Laser Hair Removal

- Small or Large Areas can be Treated
- Leaves No Scarring
What should I expect?
Immediately following your treatment, the area may appear a bit red and swollen. Three to seven days after treatment you may experience what seems to be re-growth of hair. Actually, most of these hairs are being shed as a result of your treatment and are not re-growing. Between treatments you should not wax or pluck your hair, but it is permissible to shave.
Chemical peels improve the appearance of the skin. In this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin, which causes it to "blister" and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.
What Conditions Do a Chemical Peel Treat?
Chemical peels are performed on the face, neck, or hands. They can be used to:
- Reduce fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth
- Treat wrinkles caused by sun damage, aging, and family history
- Improve the appearance of mild scarring
- Treat certain types of acne
- Reduce age spots, freckles, and dark patches due to pregnancy or taking birth control pills (melasma)
- Improve the look and feel of skin that is dull in texture and color
Who Is a Good Candidate For a Chemical Peel?
Generally, fair-skinned and light-haired patients are ideal candidates for chemical peels. Darker skin types may also have good results, depending upon the type of problem being treated. However, the risk of an uneven skin tone after the procedure is increased.
What To Expect After the Chemical Peel
Depending upon the type of chemical peel, a reaction similar to sunburn occurs following the procedure. Peeling usually involves redness, followed by scaling that ends within three to seven days. Mild peels may be repeated at one to four-week intervals until the desired clinical effect is achieved.
Botox®, Dysport® and Xeomin ®
Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are minimally invasive injections used to treat moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, forehead and around the eyes. The entire procedure takes about 10 minutes and there is no downtime afterwards!
Dermal Fillers - Juvederm®, Voluma®, Radiesse®, Belotero®
As your skin ages it reduces the production of a naturally hydrating substance called hyaluronic acid. Over time the loss of hyaluronic acid in your skin results in facial wrinkles and folds around the mouth. Fillers are an injectible gel that replace the hyaluronic acid your skin has lost restoring volume and smoothing away wrinkles and folds. Fillers last anywhere between 6 months to more than one year.
Laser Vein Therapy
Laser Vein Therapy treats a broad range of vessels from tiny spider veins to deep blue reticular veins quickly, safely, and effectively.
How does Laser Vein Therapy work?
Pulses of light energy which causes the blood within the vein to coagulate eventually destroy the vessel which is later reabsorbed by your body. Blood flow will then be redirected to veins deeper below your skin's surface, where it should be.
Who is a candidate for Laser Vein Therapy?
Patients with dark, light or tanned skin can experience outstanding results with minimal bruising or blistering.
When will I see results?
Most patients find that the majority of the treated veins have shown significant improvement within two to six weeks of treatment. However, your final results may not be apparent for several months. Over time, it is possible for new veins to appear, but these too can be removed.
